Mrs. Stephen-Gow has more than a decade of experience in the finance sector. Prior to joining the Institute she held positions of increasing responsibility at a leading Nigerian bank, including most recently as Head, Branch Services where she was responsible for managing more than 25 full-time and part-time staff and more than N100 million in assets.

Mrs. Stephen-Gow is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria.
